Not because it looks at something complex, or even with much seriousness. But because it tells a story of what it means to lose oneself in the world, and why we choose to live at all.

Society sucks, so let's make it better by being willing to break the rules when they aren't fit for purpose.

A film full of deception, a thousandfold, which one can only appreciate on the thousandth rewatch. Watch again, knowing the terminus, and consider when and how each character acts.

A fitting adaptation of the book series. Sometimes it feels like I too have Noise, a literal extroversion, or a metaphysical willingness to show my flaws to the world, provided it will make good use of my mistakes.
